Cat Icons, super power school and new house

First one, a friend of mine was flying a plane around these ruins. The ruins were huge, like tall as skyscrapers and built around rock structures. They were very amazing. then I noticed the statues. They were all of cats, very stylistic. All different kinds of cats. In my dream I was really wanting to get down there to study them and more about the significance of the cats. Penny kept almost running into the rocks and structures though and laughing, so I wasn't sure I was going to make it to ever see them. Then we landed somewhere .. there was water. I was talking to some old man and we are talking about boats. He had me take a look at three that were on the water (like go and be on them and take a close look). I went over and he asked me what I thought of them. I said well this one isn't good but these two are not bad. I could tell because the ship had teeth around the edges (actual teeth) and you could tell that the one boat wasn't cared for. In the dream I meant cared for in a deeper sense. Like not just washed and kept up, but it wasn't loved. The person who owned it was empty.

Then I was in another dream where I was walking in the town I grew up in. I was walking near this park (which is actually where my grade school was). It was really pretty. It had a rock formation and was covered in ocean (although it was all confined to a park). People were out on boats and playing in the water. It was really nice. Then I saw this seal and her pup. They came over to me and hung out with me. Then I had to walk to school. It was a high school of sorts, but the teachers and students had powers or special skills. I was in a prep meeting for the teachers. One of them was new and she was invisible (she was also Glen Close). There was another instructor there that was invisible and as she walked by, he snipped off a piece of her skirt so he could study it and see how she was doing it. Chevy Chase was an instructor there too and he was at the front of the room with all the kids. He was filling his head with air and making it big and small to the beat of some music to make the students laugh. The students all had powers too but were learning to bring them out and/or refine them. I could float around everywhere and knew what everyone was thinking and doing.

Then I had another dream that my mom bought a house, but a wreck of a house. She sold a brand new one she had to buy one less expensive thinking it would be better and she could pay off debts. All it really did was make it so she had to spend more fixing up this place and/or buying things to make her feel happy because she wasn't.
