New Office

Ok.. in reality, the company I'm working for is moving office in a week. So last night I had this dream that I was going to some warehouse, although some of it felt like a place maybe you would have a half outdoor/half indoor wedding or festivity/corp. workshop. Everyone was going to station #1, which was kind of set up like the odds n ends department at Ikea. They were all running around getting the parts they needed (screws, washers, tools, pieces) and it was like they knew what they were doing. I felt a little out of it, not even knowing I was supposed to be there, let alone what I was supposed to be searching for. Clarence (love that name), one of our youngest engineers asked me what the other thing was he needed with a bolt and nut, and he needed a 5/7ths size (??)... I was like washer? Yeah, that's it. At that one moment I felt helpful and that maybe I could catch up to everyone else on their unknown project. I still had no idea what to search for, so I was looking for a reference list or something and followed my coworkers into the next room. Two of my old officemates were in their own section building desks. (in reality, we just learned how our desks would be in the new place, and honestly, it stinks...). They had those things mechanics use to roll under cars with and they were under their desk hammering and screwing in bits. I felt even more lost at this point and it was getting close to evening where people were leaving so I figured I would work on it another time.

Had another dream I was having a get together at my place. In my dream it was sort of my mom's place too but she was on vacation or something. I had candles burning everywhere, drinks, dim lighting, lots of folks, everyone having a good time. I was a little anxious though because I felt at any second she would come home (mind you I'm 36). My brother was there too and he was messing with stuff and I was trying to get him to just visit with people, I needed to keep the place together as well as I could in case she arrived. There were 4 or 5 leather purses on this table behind my couch, all my mom's. and I was dumping them out for some reason to see what was inside... out of curiosity and boredom more than anything... Then I think she showed up.
