Caves and Giant meat

Hmmm....

So the first dream I was in some cave.. it was all men, I was a man. There was some guy yelling at the front, but I knew he was asking all of us if we had ?? a certain something he wanted. I went back to my little nook in the cave an brought out a long piece of meat. I was going to give it to him if it would calm him down. He got what he needed before I brought the meat to him so I quickly turned around. I had actually wanted it for my meal. I went to back to my area and started cooking it on my little fire. I had a little dog (maybe a puppy) hidden there by the fire. I had to keep it close to it because it was the only area that was hidden by stone and I didn't want the other men to kill it. It was really sweet and I liked it but I don't think I realized how much the fire was too hot for him.

Then I was in a more present time, but not in a way. The clothing etc. was in the present time, but we lived by old society standards. I lived in a large home where there were ?? not sure if kings/queens, but they were something important. We (my mother and I) were relatives, but on a lower level. We lived with them and nicely enough, but you always felt the need to do as you were told, to stay out of the way and not to ask for much. It was very frustrating for me. I could see the others my age running around being brats. They really were not good for much. My mother had blamed ourselves for something that had gone wrong so we gave up a gift we were recently given to the family. It infuriated me. I was trying to tell her, but she wouldn't listen. They barely noticed the gift or the sentiment, so why waste one of our few treasures? She was busy cooking and I was outside looking about and noticed a giant and I mean GIANT pan had landed over out outdoor table, balanced by some trees and part of the roof. No one else seemed to care, so I went up and looked inside. It was full of meat. Again, GIANT slabs of cooked ham, sausages and so on. Giant meaning larger in circumference than a car. I was very excited like we had found hidden treasure. I wanted to quickly wrap it up and put it in the cellar to keep cool. Again, no one seemed to care. So I busied myself with getting paper to wrap it and cut it down to size... the other young ones were studying, looking for something to eat and so on. Not sure of the rest.. their father was involved somehow and I had some connection with the boy relative.
